Meet Willie! Poor Willie has had a rough time finding a home over the last year. Seems he was adopted as a pup, found as a stray in March 2014, got a microchip and registered, given away in the summer to a family member who didn't want him who dumped in a business complex and now he is safe in rescue. Opie is a super special guy who is between 6-7 years old. He was living on the streets for at least 3 years in survival mode before he gave up and started staying on a kind person's front porch (they called the rescue for him). Despite all of this, he has a heart of gold. He is fully house trained, good in the crate, gets along with other dogs and tries to get the cats to be his friends... Martini and his girl Mimosa were found on the streets of San Antonio. We couldn't even tell what breed were until they were shaved! But then cuteness and beauty radiated from them. Martini absolutely loves to be loved and held and treated like the special little man that he is. Special you ask? Yes - you see it appears Martini was born with out back feet. He has little nubs but that doesn't stop him from getting around at all. He would probably like a wheelchair if possible. Zap resembles a Great Dane but much smaller. He is very shy, quiet and timid but the most loving dog you can imagine. Meet gentle Ty. That look can melt a heart and his story will break it. Ty came in to rescue in abhorant condition; he was completely hairless, covered in two types of mange and he was under weight. This handsome and beautiflly marked boy is Smiley, a 2 year old cattle dog/lab mix. Smiley is a smart and inquisitive yet laid-back. He gets along great with other dogs but also does fine on his own.
